What model files can I send?+
STL, 3MF, and OBJ are ideal starting points. We can also review many other common 3D formats—send what you have and we’ll confirm compatibility.
What if my idea is not modeled yet?+
Send a sketch, reference photo, measurements, broken part, or a written description. Our design service can help turn it into a printable model.
Can you recreate a replacement part?+
Often, yes. We’ll review the original part, photos, measurements, and intended use before confirming the best approach.
Can you adjust an existing model?+
Yes. Depending on the file, we can often resize, repair, personalize, split, join, or make practical changes before printing.
Do you offer more than one material?+
Our initial range includes PLA, PETG, TPU, and project-dependent ABS/ASA. Color and material availability can vary.
Can I order a batch?+
Absolutely. We quote one-offs, small production runs, and repeat orders. Quantity is reviewed along with the model.
How quickly will my order be ready?+
Timing depends on size, print time, quantity, finish, material, and our current queue. Your quote will include a realistic estimate.
Do you ship?+
Yes. Available shipping options and costs will be confirmed with your quote before production begins.
